Dataharvest 2015 has ended
Dataharvest/EIJC, the European Investigative and Data Journalism Conference organised by Journalismfund.eu, is the most relevant networking event for investigative and data journalists in Europe. Dataharvest/EIJC15 will take place on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday morning 10 May 2015, with a pre-conference Hackaton on Thursday 7 May. Like the previous years, the conference will take place in the centre of Brussels.

How to file a well-crafted complaint with the EU Ombudslady
Access to documents denied? You can file a complaint with the European Ombudsman. Meet one of her legal advisers and hear about the procedure and necessary content of a complaint. The legal adviser will also present examples of complaints that had principal character and what made them so important at the time of filing.

Brigitte Alfter will give a step-by-step introduction on how to file WoB-requests with the European Commission. You can supplement this session with the one about wobbing the Council by Staffan Dahllöf.
