Dataharvest/EIJC, the European Investigative and Data Journalism Conference organised by Journalismfund.eu, is the most relevant networking event for investigative and data journalists in Europe. Dataharvest/EIJC15 will take place on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday morning 10 May 2015, with a pre-conference Hackaton on Thursday 7 May. Like the previous years, the conference will take place in the centre of Brussels.

Great examples of data driven investigations are re-shaping the journalistic landscape. But most of the newspapers still live in the day-by day. How is the neverending flow of data changing little newsrooms' practices? How can data journalism give its added value to the messy routine of a classical newsroom? The data journalism team at El Confidencial, the first ever created in a Spanish media, will show good (and bad) practices of this integration. / Great examples of data driven investigations are re-shaping the journalistic landscape. Moreover, the data journalism team of the Swiss public broadcaster Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen (SRF) shares examples of investigative data journalism within Switzerland and across borders.
